TRIMAT has designed, builds and offers its own series of conveyor belts made with a class A2 stainless steel structure and components in materials compatible with the provisions of the FDA regulations. The range offered is modular and includes rollers shoulders / center distances of 2 lengths and belts of 10 useful widths, 2 motorizations of different power, 8 reduction ratios for fixed speeds, 2 sizes of mechanical variators for variable speeds. The mats proposed in the standard versions have contact surfaces in white food-grade PVC, on request in white food-grade PU or green PVC for other uses. To facilitate maintenance operations, all belts are made with a drowned mechanical joint, therefore with an extremely reduced contact surface between the product and the stainless steel inserts. The supply conditions include both the sale in assembly kits and the pre-assembly of the modules, in addition to spare parts, managed in stock and constantly available subject to prior sale. The shoulders are designed for mounting adjustable side rails of different heights as well as holes for mounting the conveyor belts in place. Last but not least, the simplicity of the structure of the modules allows customizations and maintains delivery times comparable with standard realizations.

The range includes two different heights, with the possibility of customization as required by dangerous situations from which to preserve personnel and machinery. The different types of opening allow operators and maintenance personnel to easily reach the intervention areas in compliance with current safety regulations. All door models are designed to mount safety micro switches, with the possibility of supplying custom brackets for interlocked switches; the removable panel is anchored to the uprights with bayonets fitted with safety dowels, so as to prevent accidental removal or incorrect assembly. The electro-welded mesh, frequently used in this type of installation, includes black and electro-galvanized, as required by the regulatory indications that want neutral or dark colors to ensure visibility beyond the barriers. In support, TRIMAT carries out, upon request, the installation interventions at the customer's plants using internal labor.
