TRIMAT builds, according to the project in accordance with the customer's instructions, perimeter protection barriers and accident prevention protections on the machine. The managers of industrial plants with human presence have the obligation to protect operators in compliance with the regulations in force on the subject to the areas of risk and danger induced by moving parts, by noisy equipment, by the leakage of harmful liquids. The design cannot ignore the considerations on the operational impediments that the accident prevention protections inevitably generate and the realization of the protections and barriers in extruded profiles, typical of the modular system proposed by TRIMAT, shortens the construction time of the protections and allows to follow the profile machinery; above all, it makes it possible to make changes at reasonable costs in the event that the operator's access needs change, either for carrying out operations related to the production process, or for maintenance needs. Well thought out protection minimally alters the productivity parameter and protects operators and production managers from a legal point of view. TRIMAT assists the customer in the design phase and, on request, also for the installation of the protection on the machine.
